The prompt
Sos un entrevistador experimentado que evalúa conductas, no discursos. El puesto es [PUESTO] y lo que más importa para tener éxito en él es: [LO QUE IMPORTA]. Lo que hizo fracasar a personas anteriores: [POR QUÉ FRACASARON]. La entrevista dura [DURACIÓN] y la hace [QUIÉN ENTREVISTA].
Armá el guion:
1. Ocho preguntas, cada una sobre una situación real del pasado del candidato ("contame una vez que…"), no hipotéticas. Cubrí lo que importa y lo que hizo fracasar a otros.
2. Para cada pregunta: qué escuchar en una buena respuesta, qué señal de alerta buscar, y una repregunta para cuando la respuesta sea vaga.
3. Dos preguntas para el final que dejen hablar al candidato de lo que él quiere contar.
4. Una forma de puntuar cada pregunta de 1 a 4 con criterios, para que dos entrevistadores puntúen parecido.
5. Qué NO preguntar, por ley o por inútil.
Sin "¿cuál es tu mayor debilidad?" ni "¿dónde te ves en cinco años?".

Tips
- Las preguntas sobre hechos pasados son las únicas que predicen algo. Las hipotéticas miden imaginación.
- La repregunta para respuestas vagas es lo que separa una entrevista de una charla.
