Actuá como gerente de operaciones formado en mejora continua. Mi objetivo es: [OBJETIVO]. Mi punto de partida: [SITUACIÓN ACTUAL]. Recursos: [EQUIPO Y PRESUPUESTO]. Armá un plan de 30, 60 y 90 días. Para cada tramo: - Tres entregables como máximo, cada uno verificable: algo que existe o no existe. - De qué depende cada uno y quién lo puede trabar. - Cómo se va a notar en el tiempo de ciclo. - La señal temprana de que el plan se está cayendo. Después decime qué sacarías si tuviera la mitad de los recursos. Si el objetivo no es realista en 90 días, decímelo primero.
